On Saturday, November 11, the Foundation’s volunteers and friends met for the first Fashion Book Club event, featuring Diana Vreeland – a woman whose passion and genius for style helped define the world of high fashion for fifty years and whose imagination and keen eye propelled the pages of Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue into the future.
The event took place at The Potter’s House, a great place for profound conversation and creative expression. Members and volunteers of DCFF enjoyed an exciting discussion about Diana Vreeland’s inspiring, wild life. Her energy, enthusiasm, and vigor continue to motivate the DCFF team to stay inspired with the work that they are doing.
